Teaching Assistant, Summer Analyst

Position Summary:

The Teaching Assistant, Summer Analyst internship is an exciting opportunity for undergraduate students to develop professional and personal skills in a dynamic corporate environment. The position is a unique combination of organizational, analytical, communication, and administrative skills. The ideal candidate must be a team player, proactive, and able to anticipate issues before they arise. Candidates who demonstrate superior performance during their internship will be considered for a full-time role as part of the Knopman Marks Product & Faculty Team. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage product logistics and preparation, including data entry, virtual/in-person meeting set-up, and ordering of product for clients 
  • Serve as the main point of contact for summer client’s communications and inquiries 
  • Review and track candidate progress and data utilizing internal platforms 
  • Collaborate with instructors to ensure clients are receiving the appropriate level of support they need 
  • Ensure all students are enrolled in corresponding classes 
  • Communicate relevant updates to client Program Managers regarding their trainees’ programs 
  • Provide general program support and respond to client and student emails efficiently and professionally 
  • Complete miscellaneous ad-hoc projects as assigned 
  • Analyze individual student and class data and interpret results  
  • Research complex issues across multiple sites and work with support resources

  • Knowledge of financial services a plus

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate understanding of course delivery by presenting information clearly, facilitating engagement and interaction with clients, and answering client inquiries effectively  
  • Champion the KM brand inside and outside of the workplace 
  • Show effective use of KM platforms, technologies, and learning methodologies  
  • Foster inter-team relationships and display curiosity for other areas of the company  
  • Assist senior employees with project checkpoints, deliverables, and the creation of assets and other materials relevant to the specific project 
  • Perform various analyses on student performance and help improve metrics to yield better student outcomes  
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism while also showing proactive initiative
