Program Management Coordinator, Intern
Position Summary:
The Program Services, Summer Analyst internship is an exciting opportunity for undergraduate students to develop professional and personal skills in a dynamic corporate environment. The position is a unique combination of organizational, analytical, communication, and administrative skills. The ideal candidate must be a team player, proactive, and able to anticipate issues before they arise. A strong sense of time management is critical as well. The role includes both internal team and external clients/ vendor responsibilities. Therefore, additional candidate attributes we look for are a professional attitude, strong organizational skills, flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage product logistics and preparation, including data entry, virtual/in-person meeting set-up, and ordering of products for clients
- Serve as the main point of contact for summer client’s communications and inquiries
- Review and track candidate progress and data utilizing internal platforms
- Collaborate with instructors to ensure clients are receiving the appropriate level of support they need
- Ensure all students are enrolled in corresponding classes
- Communicate relevant updates to client Program Managers regarding their trainees’ programs
- Provide general program support and respond to client and student emails efficiently and professionally
Additional Responsibilities:
- Identify and respond to client's needs
- Help clients navigate the website, product offerings, and resources
- Collect and organize product data
- Analyze individual student and class data and interpret results
- Research complex issues across multiple sites and work with support resources
- Partner with others to resolve escalated issues
- Meet required metrics in efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist with various client & team event preparation such as set-up, ordering material, and catering
- Attend meetings and take notes
- Completes miscellaneous ad-hoc projects as assigned

- Knowledge of financial services a plus
- Must be reliable and punctual in work attendance
